How to get paid upon finishing the repair:

Our goal is to help you, take care of the customer, with a simple approach to repair approval and payment.

Call: (877) 428-7252 with your preliminary diagnosis, have an estimate for parts and labor, the customer’s information and vehicle information, so we can verify coverage on the vehicle, deductible and approve the repair order. Upon receiving an AVP approved claim #. You have the authority to repair the vehicle as agreed on. Should the vehicle need additional repairs, call the AVP claims advisor with the additional parts and labor required for approval.

Upon completing the repair, fax or email AVP your repair order with detailed parts and labor to (913) 396-5643 or claims@avpadmin.com for payment. We will verify that the repair order matches the claim approval. Upon verification, your claim is sent to the payment department.

The payment department will call back and pay the claim with a credit card. If the customer is waiting, let us know, so we can expedite your payment.

If you prefer a check, no problem, we send out claims checks weekly.
